How It Works

  • Fill out the form below and we'll find time to chat! We’ll send you a custom questionnaire, and dive into your brand needs.

  • After onboarding, we begin with a creative direction meeting and deep dive into your brand strategy research. You'll then see two refined concepts to choose from and finalize.

  • After our conversation, you'll receive a custom proposal and contract including our brand goals, the project budget, and timeline. 

  • Once we've created the brand of your dreams, we'll send everything in comprehensive brand guidelines for your final approval. After everything is approved, you'll receive a goodbye packet with everything you need to apply your brand with confidence.

FAQs

  • All projects require a 25% initiation fee before any work is completed. You will recieve an invoice attached to your client onboarding, and can pay the rest of the project free in installments, if needed. (up to 4)

    Please note that deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your spot in the calendar and consider my time and resources. 

  • You'll receive access to a custom Google Drive folder where we'll share all project materials, updates, and everything you need to stay in the loop. We'll also schedule regular check-ins via video calls to discuss progress and gather your feedback.

    If you're in Chicago, we'd love to meet in person! But if not, we'll connect virtually.

  • Yes! We care deeply about you and your brand, and want to make our services accessible. While our prices reflect the careful attention and quality we put into every project, we're absolutely happy to work with you on a payment plan that fits your needs. Let's find a solution that works for your budget so your brand can shine, no matter what.

  • If your business has grown or changed significantly, or your brand feels totally disconnected from who you are now, you probably need a rebrand. If you love your brand but your logo just looks dated, a refresh might be perfect.
